Study Rooms

Our study rooms offer a quiet atmosphere for studying away from home. Each room has a desk and chairs, and outlets to charge your devices. While you're here, enjoy easy access to tools you need to succeed: free Wi-Fi, low-cost printing, and Chromebook loans.

Small Study Room Reservations

Adults 18+ can reserve a small study room online using their Commerce library card. Study rooms are available at Rosewood and Bandini Library.

Make a two-hour, same-day reservation using our online service:

ROSEWOOD LIBRARY Online Reservation Center (3 Person Limit)
BANDINI LIBRARY Online Reservation Center (4 Person Limit)

Enter your library card number and PIN.

Arrive on time for your appointment. No-shows are automatically canceled after 10 minutes.

Check in at the Information Desk with your library card and pin.

Young adults ages 13-17 can make in-person reservations at the Information Desk.

Our small study rooms have a maximum capacity of three people. All room reservations are for the same day only. Additional terms for study room use may be found here.

Large Study Room Reservation

The large study room at Rosewood Library is great for groups!

Library cardholders ages 13+ can reserve the large study room for three hours daily. The study table has an in-desk outlet for multiple devices and an HDMI input for mirroring to the mounted TV.

The large study room must be reserved in person at the Rosewood Library Information Desk. This room has a three-person minimum and an eight-person maximum limit. All room reservations are for the same day only. Additional terms for study room use may be found here.

Need something even bigger? Public use of the Rosewood Library Program Room is subject to availability and compliance with the terms of the Program Room Policy. Fill out the Application for Use of the Library Program Room.
